Choice is developing a new standard in contraception. Hormone-free. Pain-free. Reversible. And designed from a women’s perspective.
We are a network of engineers, doctors, entrepreneurs and researchers that has been working on a revolutionary alternative to the pill and the IUD since 2018: a mechanical lock that is placed in the fallopian tubes and gives women complete control over their fertility. Without hormones, without side effects, without daily worries.
What drives us is the fact that women have been dependent on methods with a major physical impact for sixty years. While technology is evolving all around us, contraception has stood still. In a world where the right to abortion is under pressure and unreliable alternatives such as fertility apps are flourishing, we fight for progress, autonomy and freedom of choice for every woman.
We collaborate with leading experts from the Máxima Medical Center, TU Eindhoven and international medtech companies. Our product is almost ready for the preclinical phase, but to take that crucial step, we need support from people like you.
